O Supremo decide no seu ritmo e de acordo com os autos, mas já existem afoitos falando que o Supremo está sendo julgado, tese autoritária e descabida
O Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) iniciou o julgamento dos 38 réus acusados pela ação penal 470, conhecido como "mensalão". Muitos argumentaram que a coincidência desse julgamento com o calendário das eleições municipais seria prejudicial ao governo e ao PT, porque a oposição tentará capitalizar politicamente o evento.
Penso o contrário, pois, ao trazer à tona os autos do processo, esse julgamento permitirá um debate menos marcado pelos interesses político-partidários e ideológicos. As versões darão lugar aos fatos. As acusações sem provas e a condenação por antecipação serão substituídas pela análise imparcial do STF.
Incapaz de derrotar o PT nas urnas e de confrontar com propostas os governos Lula e Dilma, nos últimos anos a oposição transformou sua versão do "mensalão" em uma peça de marketing político, fazendo pesadas acusações e promovendo o linchamento público de lideranças do partido.
As acusações foram muito violentas: o nome "mensalão", por exemplo, pressupõe um pagamento mensal a parlamentares, mas nenhum ato desta natureza foi provado. Nem os acusadores falam nos autos de pagamento mensal.
Formação de quadrilha, então, todos sabem que é uma acusação leviana, que carece de base material. O ex-vice-presidente da República, José Alencar, disse em depoimento que havia uma aliança entre PT e PL que previa uma divisão dos recursos auferidos para a campanha e que o repasse foi feito para quitar dívidas assumidas pelo PL durante o processo eleitoral.
Em relação à suposta compra de deputados para votar no governo, estamos diante de um devaneio, pois nenhum dos acusados precisaria de dinheiro para apoiar o governo. A maioria absoluta fez oposição ao governo anterior e ajudou o PT a ganhar as eleições. Portanto, seria um contrassenso alguém achar que estes precisariam ser "comprados para apoiar o governo". Imagine um deputado do PT votando contra um governo do PT...
Quanto à acusação de corrupção ativa e passiva, sabemos que não houve dinheiro público envolvido ou obras contratadas com corrupção de agentes públicos. Na realidade, houve empréstimo bancário feito pelo PT. Boa parte do que se chama de "provas do esquema" se baseia em resgates bancários feitos por pessoas devidamente identificadas na boca do caixa.
Todo o crime deve ser julgado e os responsáveis punidos. Neste caso, houve uma confissão de caixa dois, só que a acusação resvalou, por interesse político, para outros tipos de crimes, mais graves e de grande potencial de desmoralização dos acusados.
O julgamento concomitante com o processo eleitoral desmistificará o caráter das acusações. A sociedade está madura e sabe separar o joio do trigo. Foi assim em 2006, em 2008, em 2010 e agora.
O tema foi exaustivamente usado e abusado pela oposição e por boa parte da mídia. Virado e revirado, faltaram provas para as acusações. A versão dos réus terá, mesmo que ofuscada por opiniões da oposição e de certos setores da mídia, de ser divulgada e a sociedade fará o seu juízo.
O Supremo decide no seu ritmo e de acordo com os autos, não se submetendo a pressões de uns ou de outros. E decisão do Supremo, na democracia, não se discute; cumpre-se. Já existem afoitos falando que o Supremo está sendo julgado, tese autoritária e descabida.
As eleições serão ganhas pelos escolhidos pelo povo.

O STF está sendo julgadopela Opinião Pública.Todo cidadão tem direito de questionar o Supremo e de dar apoio ou não a suas decisões.Decisão judicial se cumpre, mas ninguém é obrigado a concordar com ela. E na hora do voto, das eleições, o leitor contrariado não vota pensando em condenações. Dilma ou Lula serão presidentes nas próximas eleições. Querem derrubar Lula tornando-o inelegível, já que na urna a direita não ganha,mesmo comas maracutaias de vários grandes veículos de comunicação, o popular PIG. Praticamene todos os políticos que são contra Lula são latifundiários. Querem fazer um levantamento? E os mesmos defendem o latifundio no Paraguai e o golpe ocorrido lá.
