247 - In an interview with GloboNews, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky reiterated his appeal for President Lula to support his country in the war against Russia and stated that he still hopes to meet the Brazilian leader if invited.

"First, I need concrete actions. I need him to unite Latin America and give us an opportunity to have a meeting and talk. Second, there is a crime of aggression against our sovereignty and territorial integrity. I know that Lula and the Brazilians support Ukraine's sovereignty, and we need that support," said Zelensky.

Zelensky acknowledges that he knows Brazil will not provide weapons to Ukraine to fight Russia, but he reaffirms that he expects political support from Brazil.

Regarding the resolution of the conflict, he asserted that peace will only be achieved with Russia's total withdrawal.
